Florida Atlantic University, Jupiter STEM / Life Sciences Building

Located on FAU’s John D. MacArthur Campus, the Jupiter STEM building is anticipated to be a state-of-the-art, three-story research building of approximately 60,000 GSF. The proposed facility will meet the University’s need for modern research and teaching labs, house new faculty offices, provide general classroom, and study spaces for academic needs. The project also includes the renovation of approximately 5,000 GSF of animal care facility in the existing MC17 building. Targeting LEED Silver.
