  • Provide Audiovisual services to support conference room systems, meetings, and video conferencing requirements across the organization;
  • Assist in supporting the day-to-day operation including set-up, operation and testing, maintenance, inventory, and security of all AV equipment and conference rooms;
  • Lead the coordination and commissioning of new and upgraded AV systems across the company and assist in the preparation of assessments on the condition of the equipment, budgets for equipment replacements, and new purchases;
  • Manage AV service vendors and integrators to ensure project and support is delivered as defined;
  • Provide oversight and coordination with Facilities and Information Technology during construction of new conference rooms;

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years proven experience in delivering technical facilitation of large-scale meetings;
  • Familiarity with product lines including Crestron, Extron, Biamp, LG, Planar, Vaddio, etc;
  • Ability to load Control and DSP code to commission AV systems;
  • Ability to modify and edit Control and DSP code is a plus;
  • Basic understanding of networking & networking terminology;
  • Strong focus on stakeholder priorities and organizational goals;
  • Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to the component level;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Comfortable under pressure;
  • Ability to train end user on AV systems;
