Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Engineering Research Building

Engineering design services for a new 120,000 GSF, five-story facility to provide research and collaborative space for the School of Engineering. The new construction will include research labs, vivarium, and a collaboration hub, as well as office and conference space. Located on Virginia Commonwealth University's Monroe Park Campus, the building will help to facilitate the School of Engineering's goal of being a leader in translational research. Targeting LEED Silver.
