Undergraduate Science Facility. 71,000 SF chemistry and bio-chemistry research facility providing laboratories for biophysical, bio-organic and molecular biology, support spaces, an NMR facility and offices. Project includes phase I of 3,000-ton campus satellite chilled water plant.

Teaching Laboratory. 118,600 SF teaching laboratory to house the Departments of Chemistry, Biology and Physics. Facility contains 60+ fume hoods and vented student workstations. Specialty areas include animal holding and care facility; aquatics laboratory; greenhouse; lecture halls; and administrative space.

Undergraduate Science Facility. Expansion and renovation of the university's science facilities including the departments of Botany / Microbiology, Chemistry, Geology / Geography, Mathematics / Computer Science, Physics / Astronomy and Zoology.

Chemistry Building. This new 200,000 SF Chemistry building is the first phase of the proposed "Technology Quadrant" on the Storrs campus. The building contains undergraduate teaching facilities, research facilities, administration offices as well as a Resource and Learning Center.
