University of Connecticut, Innovation Partnership Building Technology Quadrant Phase III

Site evaluation, master planning and design services for a new 114,000 SF Research Technology Park at the University's North Campus, as well as core and shell of the Innovation Partnership Building (IPB), the first building project. The world class IPB offers shared laboratories with highly specialized instrumentation and equipment for use by industry scientists, business entrepreneurs, and UCONN researchers. The IPB also houses the CT Collaboratory for Materials & Manufacturing (C2M2), which has universal benefits to the manufacturing sectors of Connecticut. Targeting LEED Gold.
