New campus designed to improve the general health of the community and to promote collaboration between PCPs and specialists, with flexibility for future expansion. The initial phase of development consists of a 100-bed hospital inclusive of an emergency department totaling 223,000 GSF and an 875-car support building which includes the central utility plant, vehicular parking, loading dock and maintenance services. In addition, an independent 60,000 SF Ambulatory Care Clinic will support the new hospital. The buildings will be designed and constructed to achieve LEED Silver designation, and the eight acre retention area on the site will be maintained and enhanced in a future phase.
