At BR+A, Principals are actively involved in projects from their inception, through completion. Each project is assigned a specialized Design Team - under the personal leadership of a Principal. Approaching projects as a Design Team ensures continuity and coordination throughout the entire project. The team's Project Manager coordinates with technical specialists, oversees all phases of the project and maintains a direct line of communication with the Client.
