Lafayette Corporate Center. Tenant fit-out for 383,000 SF on five floors.
John Adams Building. HVAC Master Plan for 750,000 SF facility that houses the bank's main data center and general office spaces.
225 Franklin Street. Four-year, floor-by-floor, phased repositioning of the 33-story facility at 225 Franklin Street for State Street and its tenants.
Corporate Offices. Fourteen-floor, 400,000 SF phased renovation includes open office plan, conference facilities, kitchen/cafeteria, executive dining and retail banking facility. Project also includes a 6,000 SF central computer/data center.
Solomon Willard Building. Two-year, floor-by-floor, phased repositioning with ventilation upgrade and supplemental cooling system of this 7-story, 225,000 SF facility.
Operations Center. On-going engineering services for upgrade of 750,000 SF of banking and investment support facilities at the John Adams Building. Facilities include 60,000 SF computer room/data center.
Corporate Offices, Batterymarch Park III. Relocation of the Benefits Planning and Management Division. Five-floor, 100,000 SF fast-track renovation, which includes a parking garage. Communications systems were provided to allow for complete and continuous interfacing with the banks world headquarters at State Street's main campus.
Global Lending & Investment, International Place 2. Tenant fit-out of 160,000 SF of first-class office space within seven (7) floors of this 35-story building including open and private office spaces, computer facility and conferencing facilities.
Global Advisors at International Place. On-going tenant fit-out of 60,000 SF of first-class office space within five (5) floors of this 44-story building including open and private office spaces, computer facility and conferencing facilities. Project also includes an 18,000 SF Computer Center.
SSB International, 61 Broadway. Telecommunications Engineering to coordinate all communications/LAN requirements as specified for the consolidation of three floors to the 15th floor.
