MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY Building 16 and 56. Commissioning for the phased renovation of 256,000 SF housing physics, chemistry, chemical engineering and toxicology, as well as classrooms, offices and dry analytical laboratories. UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND Center for the Health Sciences. Commissioning for this new medical education building, 83,000 SF, providing laboratories, classrooms, and lecture halls for the College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Chemistry and Biology programs of the College of Arts and Sciences. Project also includes and new central chiller. HARVARD LAW SCHOOL Langdell Hall. Commissioning for the fast track phased renovations of 300,000 SF, which includes a law library, reading rooms, stacks and faculty offices. Project also includes new mechanical systems and addition of a wing to the existing building. DARTMOUTH COLLEGE Psychology Building. Commissioning for this new 80,000 SF Psychology Building containing vivarium animal research laboratories, human research (cognitive and social) laboratories, offices, seminar rooms, class rooms and testing laboratories. UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA SCHOOL OF MEDICINE Biomedical Research Building II. Commissioning for the new fourteen story, 384,000 SF facility for biogenetic research contains two mechanical floors. Research space includes BL2 and BL3 laboratories, tissue culture, radioisotope labs, etc. and 34,000 SF of vivarium animal facilities with an interstitial space. Project also features relevant support space an auditorium, classrooms, faculty lounge, cafeteria, bookstore and central receiving dock. UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT CHICAGO MEDICAL CENTER Ambulatory Care Facility. Commissioning for the new 240,000 SF ambulatory care facility consolidates outpatient care services into one building. Facility will include 245 exam rooms and high-level treatment services such as radiation oncology and a MRI suite. CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF PHILADELPHIA Abramson Pediatric Research Center Commissioning for the new fourteen-story, 550,000 SF biomedical pediatric research building containing BL2 and BL3 laboratories, animal facilities, Executive Conference Center, full kitchen and cafeteria, and parking.
CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF BOSTON John F. Enders Pediatric Research Building. Commissioning for the 160,000 SF addition and 120,000 SF renovation to a fourteen-story building that contains twelve floors of biomedical research laboratories (BL2 and BL3), as well as centralized office suites, and Executive Conference center featuring break-out conference rooms and a 180-seat auditorium.
