Memorial Hall. Renovation and minor addition to Memorial Hall and Sanders Theater for use as a Student Union and performance space. Project involves new commons for the University community, renovation of amphitheater for concerts and lectures, new kitchen, seminar rooms, several offices, rehearsal space; green room and lobby.

Undergraduate Science Facility. 71,000 SF chemistry and biochemistry research facility providing laboratories for biophysical, bio-organic and molecular biology, support spaces, an NMR facility and offices. Project includes phase I of 3,000-ton campus satellite chilled water plant.

Clark Hall Renovation and Addition. Addition of 70,000 SF and renovation of 67,000 SF to an existing four-story building for a new Environmental Science and Science and Engineering Library facility.

Law School. 243,500 SF facility featuring law library, faculty offices and meeting rooms, classrooms and moot court rooms. The new law library will provide seating for 680 people and include 26 small group study rooms.
